When ordering a commission, you agree to all of our Terms of Service.

 

You, as a client, are responsible for providing a recent/updated reference of the character(s) including, but not limited to: an official reference sheet, a worded description, and single pictures.

 

 

**Edit(s) Policy for Art**

 

I am willing to do any edits during the lineart phase, you will receive a WIP and it would be greatly appreciated to have you bundle any edits you would like into one message during this phase. 

 

Once you receive a full color WIP the only edits available will be color changes to match the reference given.

 

 

**Acceptable Color Variance**

 

Glitter colors for Cup Commissions will be matched to requested colors as much as possible.

Colors in Art will be color picked from Ref sheet.

​

For Hat/Patches embroidery will be started following the completion of art, thread Colors will be as close as possible to the art and may vary.

**Acceptable Use Policy**

 

Any images of our products may NOT be claimed as being created by you or someone else.

 

Images may not be used for commercial purposes or for profit of any sort. 

 

You are more than welcome to post pictures of any commissions you receive from Cup Critters and crediting is appreciated but not mandatory.

 

We reserve the right to use any photos of our products on social media or in advertising. 

 

**Payment Policy**

 

Payment is due upfront, Within 24 hours of receiving invoice, before the commission is started.

 

Tips are always welcome.

 

 

**Cancellation Policy**

 

I reserve the right to cancel/refuse commissions at any time for any reason that I see fit (Not accepting ToS, being rude to my team, or others in the stream/comment sections, cannot come to an agreement, cannot pay, etc.) 

 

 

**REFUND Policy**

 

If a commission has been cancelled by Cup Critters, do to not being able to fulfill the commission a refund will be issued. If the order is cancelled for any other reason, i.e. being rude to the artist or maker, you will receive a percentage refund based on the amount of work done and supplies used.

 

 

**Expected Completion time** 

 

We will begin working on each commission in batches and you will be assigned a start date before being invoiced.

 

Art production takes roughly 7-10 business days and you will have 48 hours to respond to a WIP before you are moved to the end of the queue. 

 

If for any reason you need to pause production or find you are unable to respond in 48 hours, let us know ASAP.

Cup Commissions will be ready to ship within in 6-8 weeks.

 

Hat Commissions will be ready to ship within 5-6 weeks.

 

Patch Commissions will be ready to ship within 5-6 weeks.
 

Wood Commissions/Badges will be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks.

​

Decal Commissions will be ready to ship within 1-2 weeks.

 

The time frame begins AFTER you receive completed Art. 

 

Commissions will be completed within a maximum of  12 weeks, If the commission exceeds this timeframe you will be contacted to discuss options. 

​

We do not offer refunds at this time, Once a commission has been paid for a process to fulfil that commission begins. 

 

If the commission has been finished and you are totally unsatisfied in some way, it does not entitle you to a refund. We will discuss what is wrong with the commission and work something out.

 

 

**My Rights**

 

We, Cup Critters, retain all rights to the artwork including, but not limiting to:

 

The right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason.

I reserve the right to alter my TOS at any time.

 

The right to post the picture of the art or item in my gallery (as an example, on DA, SoFurry, FA, or any other art website) for advertising or promotional purposes as well.
